Muhammad Fadhil Ramadhan (Fadhil) is a law graduate focusing on Business Law from the University of Pelita Harapan. During his studies, Fadhil participated in several National Moot Court Competitions, including NMCC ALSA Piala Mahkamah Agung 2019 and NMCC Piala Frans Seda 2022, where he served as a drafter.
After finishing his studies, he joined Nusantara Legal Partnership as a Legal Intern and Trainee Associate assisting the team in various corporate matters.
Fadhil is currently an Associate at Nusantara Legal Partnership, where his practice focuses on General Corporate matters, Employment, and Mergers and Acquisitions across a diverse range of industries, including manufacturing, fintech, logistics, telecommunications, and consumer goods. In this role, he supports clients in corporate and commercial matters with a solution-oriented mindset and a strong commitment to professional growth, ensuring the delivery of practical and reliable legal support.
During his time at Nusantara Legal Partnership, he was also seconded as a legal counsel to one of the largest Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) multinational companies in Indonesia.
