Marshall Situmorang is the Founding Partner of Nusantara Legal Partnership and an Indonesian-qualified lawyer with over 17 years of professional experience. His practice spans a broad range of industries, including technology, pharmaceuticals, logistics, financial services, digital media, food & beverage, and consumer goods. He has advised multinationals, Indonesian conglomerates, global construction companies, and leading brands on complex transactions, compliance, and regulatory matters.
Before establishing the firm, Marshall had the experience working in private practice and as an in-house lawyer. He spent his formative career stage at various internationally affiliated law firms in Indonesia.
His professional excellence has been recognized by Asian Legal Business (ALB), which awarded his team the Best In-House Team of the Year in 2015 and he has led the firm to be recognized by the Legal 500 as one of the “firms to watch” in the Labor and Employment practice.
