Audria Putri (Audria) is an Indonesian-qualified lawyer and Counsel at Nusantara Legal Partnership and an Indonesian-qualified lawyer. Her practice focuses on telecommunications, technology and media (TMT), mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate matters, with particular expertise in regulatory and compliance issues, including personal data protection.

She has advised leading technology companies, venture capital firms, start-ups, unicorns, telecommunication providers, fintech players, and multinational corporations. With her strong background in transactional and regulatory work, Audria is experienced in guiding clients through complex deals and Indonesia’s evolving regulatory landscape, consistently delivering practical and business-oriented solutions.

Before joining Nusantara Legal Partnership, Audria practiced at Christian Teo & Partners, an associated firm of Stephenson Harwood. She holds a Bachelor of Law degree from Universitas Pelita Harapan (UPH), studied Southeast Asian Studies at SOAS, University of London, and completed a foundation course in law at University College London.

Beyond her professional practice, Audria contributes actively to legal publications and industry insights. Together with the firm’s team, she has been a top contributor on Mondaq and was named one of Indonesia’s Future Legal Leaders by Asia Business Law Journal in 2022.
