The “Legal Career Mentoring Class: Contract Drafting” engaged the students in insightful conversations with the NLP Team to gain valuable knowledge in learning about the requirements associated with drafting commercial agreements in Indonesia, while learning about the typical contractual structures and practical measures when tackling legal issues that may arise in one’s legal career. Particularly, the NLP Team shared their experiences in the common pitfalls that a legal practitioner may come across when assisting clients in reviewing contracts. The students were also invited to share their thoughts and analyses on a case study to assess the practical needs of a fictional client.

NLP demonstrates its commitment to assisting the new generation of law students to grow and develop, as the legal industry continues to increasingly become more demanding when it comes to the skills and attitudes of its’ workforce.
