Marinka is a Trainee Associate at Nusantara Legal Partnership. She obtained her Bachelor of Laws degree from Brawijaya University in 2023 and actively participated in various moot court competitions: Philip C. Jessup International Moot Court Competition in 2021 and 2022, and ALSA International Moot Court Competition in 2021 and later contributed as a judge for various public international moot court competitions. Marinka was also an awardee of Indonesian International Students Mobility Award (IISMA) in 2021, where she was studying International Politics at the University of York.
Before joining Nusantara Legal Partnership, Marinka was an Associate at a full-service boutique law firm in Jakarta. She handled various matters for clients in start-up companies, ranging from M&A and general corporate & commercial law.
At Nusantara Legal Partnership, Marinka continues to develop her expertise by exploring other legal areas, developing critical thinking and analytical skills as well as strong commitment to bring legal and business-oriented approaches.
