Fatya is a Senior Associate at Nusantara Legal Partnership and a lawyer qualified to practise in Indonesia. His core areas of expertise include general corporate, corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, and project development. Throughout his legal career, Fatya has advised various state-owned enterprises, conglomerates, and multinational companies across a range of sectors, including mining, oil and gas, energy, water, transportation, healthcare, and telecommunications.
Fatya has been practising law in Indonesia for more than seven years. Prior to joining Nusantara Legal Partnership, he worked at top-tier law firms in Indonesia. He holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Indonesia (2017) and has been sworn in as an Indonesian advocate.
Fatya has assisted a range of high-profile clients on major transactions and projects. He also has experience assisting Indonesian self-regulatory bodies in the capital and money markets. His experience includes advising PT Aneka Tambang Tbk on an integrated electric vehicle battery project, Qinfa Group on the development of an underground mining project in Indonesia, and various companies within the PLN Group and Pertamina Group on a range of corporate matters.
